Alpha Assistant (“the Service”) is an AI-powered virtual assistant that allows users to manage Google Calendar and Google Tasks through text or voice messages sent via Telegram.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service relies on artificial intelligence to interpret natural language instructions and perform actions on behalf of the user.

While the Service is designed to be helpful and efficient, it may occasionally misunderstand user input or produce unintended results.

3. User Responsibility

By using Alpha Assistant, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for reviewing calendar events and tasks created, modified, or deleted by the Service.
You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
You should not rely on the Service for mission-critical, safety-critical, or time-sensitive operations.

4. No Professional or Guaranteed Advice

The Service does not provide professional, legal, medical, or business advice. All outputs are generated automatically and should be independently verified by the user.

5. Availability and Modifications

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

6. Third-Party Services

Alpha Assistant depends on third-party services, including but not limited to: Google APIs, Telegram, and third-party artificial intelligence providers.

We are not responsible for failures, limitations, outages, or changes in these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Alpha Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of events, missed meetings, or scheduling errors.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service, if any.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Assistant from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and materials associated with Alpha Assistant remain the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
